Hello to all new and existing clients. With an established and thriving massage therapy practice in the Comox Valley, I am very pleased to invite you to a new space dedicated to your health in Downtown Courtenay.

Building on seventeen years of local and international massage study and practice I continue to be inspired by offering manual therapy. This past year I have studied new methods in Applied Somatics and as I continue to apply techniques of Fascial Manipulation, and integrate both of these modalities into my practice, I am consistently seeing profound results.
